These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AlexaMods Labs ("we," "us," "our," or "Developer"), the developer of the Android application DeviceLens: Phone Info (package name: com.alexamodslab.devicelens), distributed through the Google Play Store (the "Application" or "App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Application and uninstall it from your device.

If you are using the Application on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AlexaMods Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control, and strictly in accordance with the functionality intended by the Application and the Google Play Store's applicable terms of service.

This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Application. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by AlexaMods Labs. You may not:

• Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices contained within the Application;
• Use the Application in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

By using the Application, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements necessary to run the Application;
• Maintaining the security of your device and any accounts associated with it;
• Reviewing and understanding any diagnostic or hardware information displayed by the Application before relying on it or acting upon it;
• Any consequences arising from actions you take based on information provided by the Application, including but not limited to hardware troubleshooting, factory resets, or configuration changes performed outside the Application;
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding the use of diagnostic and system information tools.

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Application by any third party.

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Application or interfere with any other party's use of the Application;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data connected to the Application;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code through or to the Application;
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the Application in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce;
• Use the Application for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose, including circumventing device security features, warranty terms, or manufacturer restrictions;
• Misrepresent diagnostic results generated by the Application as official manufacturer certifications or warranty assessments.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action, including suspension of access, against anyone who violates this section.

DeviceLens: Phone Info is designed to provide informational and diagnostic insights regarding the hardware and software components of your Android device, including but not limited to processor (CPU), memory (RAM), storage, battery, display, sensors, network, and system information.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Diagnostic results are generated based on data made available by the Android operating system and are not independently verified against physical hardware inspection;
• Test outcomes (including touchscreen tests, sensor tests, camera tests, speaker/microphone tests, and battery health estimates) are indicative only and may not reflect the true physical condition of your device;
• You should not rely solely on the Application's diagnostic results to make purchasing decisions (e.g., buying a used device), warranty claims, or repair decisions without independent verification;
• The Developer strongly recommends consulting an authorized service provider for any critical hardware assessment.

The Application retrieves and displays hardware and system information using publicly available Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) provided by the Android Open Source Project and device manufacturers.

You acknowledge that:

• Hardware information depends on Android APIs and device manufacturers — the availability, accuracy, and completeness of hardware information depend entirely on what is exposed by the Android operating system and the device manufacturer's firmware;
• Certain manufacturers customize, restrict, or modify the information accessible through standard Android APIs, which may result in incomplete, generic, or manufacturer-branded data being displayed;
• Some values may differ between devices — including exact chipset models, sensor names, or manufacturing details — which may be reported generically, inaccurately, or may be unavailable due to manufacturer-imposed restrictions, security policies, or hardware abstraction layers;
• The Developer has no control over, and makes no representations regarding, the accuracy of information supplied by the underlying operating system or device firmware.

While AlexaMods Labs strives to ensure that the Application provides useful and reasonably reliable information, the Developer does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of every hardware value, diagnostic result, sensor reading, or system information displayed within the Application.

You expressly acknowledge that:

• Values displayed may differ between devices, manufacturers, Android versions, and firmware builds, even for devices with seemingly identical specifications;
• Real-time readings (such as battery temperature, CPU frequency, or memory usage) are inherently dynamic and may fluctuate or be reported with slight delay or margin of error;
• The Application is not a certified measurement instrument and should not be used as the sole basis for any technical, medical, safety-critical, or financial decision;
• Any reliance you place on information displayed by the Application is strictly at your own risk.

The Application may request certain Android system permissions in order to access and display relevant device information. Permissions are requested solely to enable the core diagnostic and informational functionality of the Application, including but not limited to:

• Access to device hardware information (e.g., processor, memory, sensors, storage);
• Access to network and connectivity status (e.g., Wi-Fi, mobile network, Bluetooth);
• Access to storage (where required for exporting diagnostic reports, if applicable);
• Access to camera and microphone (solely for the purpose of performing on-device hardware tests, such as verifying camera and microphone functionality).

The Application does not use any granted permission to collect, transmit, store, or share your personal data, media, files, or communications with the Developer or any third party, except as may be required for the limited operation of third-party advertising services described in Section 10 (Advertisements).

You may grant or deny permissions through your device's system settings. Denying certain permissions may limit or disable specific diagnostic features but will not prevent use of the Application's core functionality.

The Application may include or interact with third-party services, libraries, or software development kits (SDKs), including but not limited to advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) and standard Android system libraries.

You acknowledge that:

• Such third-party services operate under their own separate terms of service and privacy policies, which are not controlled by AlexaMods Labs;
• The Developer does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party service integrated into or linked from the Application;
• Your interactions with any third-party service accessed through the Application are solely between you and that third party, and you are encouraged to review their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Application displays advertisements using Google AdMob, a third-party advertising network operated by Google LLC, to support free access to its features.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisement content is provided by Google — including the products, services, and claims presented in such advertisements — and is selected by Google and its advertising partners, not by AlexaMods Labs;
• The Developer is not responsible for third-party advertisements, including their content, accuracy, or legality;
• Clicking on or interacting with advertisements may direct you to third-party websites or applications outside of the Developer's control, and any transactions or interactions that occur as a result are solely between you and the relevant third party;
• Google AdMob may collect and process certain advertising-related information (such as device identifiers and usage data) in accordance with Google's own privacy and advertising policies, as further described in Section 14 (Privacy);
• The Developer is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your interaction with third-party advertisements.

All content, features, functionality, design elements, graphics, logos, icons, source code, and the overall "look and feel" of the Application are the exclusive property of AlexaMods Labs, or its licensors, and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted in Section 2, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you. The names "DeviceLens: Phone Info," "AlexaMods Labs," and any associated logos or branding may not be used, reproduced, or associated with any other product or service without prior written consent from AlexaMods Labs.

Any third-party trademarks, product names, or company names referenced within the Application (including device manufacturer or chipset names) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes. Such use does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AlexaMods Labs, its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption;
• Hardware damage resulting from use of the diagnostic tools within the Application;
• Data loss resulting from your use, misuse, or inability to use the Application;
• Software conflicts arising between the Application and other applications, firmware, or system components installed on your device;
• Any decisions, actions, or omissions made by you based on diagnostic information, hardware readings, or test results provided by the Application;

whether arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Application, even if AlexaMods Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of AlexaMods Labs arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Application exceed the amount, if any, that you paid to AlexaMods Labs for use of the Application (which, for a free application, shall be deemed zero).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

AlexaMods Labs does not warrant that:

• The Application will meet your specific requirements or expectations;
• The Application will be compatible with all device models, manufacturers, or Android versions;
• Diagnostic results, hardware readings, or sensor data will be accurate, complete, or reliable at all times;
• Any errors, defects, or bugs in the Application will be corrected;
• The Application is free of viruses or other harmful components.

You use the Application entirely at your own risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from AlexaMods Labs or through the Application shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

AlexaMods Labs respects your privacy. The key principles governing data handling within the Application are as follows:

• No Personal Data Collection: The Developer does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or contact list) through the core functionality of the Application.
• Local Processing: All diagnostics are performed locally on the device. No diagnostic data is transmitted to, or stored on, AlexaMods Labs' servers.
• Advertising Data: Google AdMob may process advertising-related information — such as the Google Advertising ID, IP address, and general usage data — for the purposes of ad personalization, frequency capping, and analytics, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Your Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") for users in the European Economic Area, and other applicable data protection laws), you may have rights regarding any data processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob, including the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of your data, and the right to withdraw consent for personalized advertising through your device's privacy settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in Android settings).

AlexaMods Labs may, from time to time, release updates, patches, bug fixes, or new versions of the Application ("Updates") through the Google Play Store. Updates may modify, add, or remove features, and may be necessary to maintain compatibility with new Android versions or device models.

You acknowledge that:

• Updates may be automatically downloaded and installed depending on your device's app store settings;
• Continued use of the Application following an Update constitutes your acceptance of any changes to functionality;
• We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Application, in whole or in part;
• We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will, where appropriate, be communicated through the Application or the Google Play Store listing. Your continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

AlexaMods Labs reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Application, in whole or in part, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• Your use of the Application poses a security risk, legal liability, or is fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful;
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or a directive from Google Play or another applicable platform;
• We decide to discontinue the Application or any of its features.

Upon termination, your license to use the Application will immediately cease, and you must uninstall the Application from your device. You may also terminate your use of the Application at any time by simply uninstalling it. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 11, 12, 13, and 17) shall survive.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, the Application or these Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, you agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India. Nothing in this section shall limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, which cannot be waived by agreement.
