Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PhotoShrink, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

License

AlexaMods Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PhotoShrink on devices you own or control, strictly for personal or internal use, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play's own terms of service.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use PhotoShrink only for lawful purposes, to keep the app updated where reasonably possible, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical protections built into the application.

Intellectual Property

PhotoShrink, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is the property of AlexaMods Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license described above.

Disclaimer

PhotoShrink is provided "as is" and "as available." AlexaMods Labs makes no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is described in its official listing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlexaMods Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, PhotoShrink.

Termination

AlexaMods Labs may suspend or discontinue PhotoShrink at any time. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time; certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply after termination where relevant.

Policy Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of PhotoShrink after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
