By downloading, installing, or using PDF Tools: Editor & Converter ("the application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should stop using the application.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AlexaMods Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal or professional purposes. This license does not transfer any ownership rights that have not been independently verified.

You may:

• Use the PDF tools for lawful purposes
• Process documents you have the legal right to process
• Use the application for personal or professional workflows

You must not:

• Use the application for unlawful activities
• Abuse or interfere with the application
• Attempt unauthorized access to the application or related systems
• Redistribute the application without authorization
• Reverse engineer the application where prohibited by applicable law

You remain responsible for the documents you import, scan, edit, convert, compress, or create using the application. AlexaMods Labs does not claim ownership of your documents. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to process the documents you use with the application.

• OCR may contain errors.
• PDF conversions may not always be perfect.
• Compression may affect document quality or fidelity.
• Editing and conversion results should be verified before relying on them.

You should verify important documents after processing them with the application.

Documents are primarily processed locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files. Potential causes of data loss include, without limitation:

• Device failure
• Accidental deletion
• Application uninstallation
• Clearing application data
• Storage failure

AlexaMods Labs does not guarantee recovery of lost or deleted files.

The application may use the following third-party services and libraries:

• Google AdMob
• Google UMP
• Google ML Kit
• iText

These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices, which operate independently of these Terms.

The application may display advertisements. Advertising content may be provided by third parties, including Google AdMob. AlexaMods Labs does not automatically endorse every third-party advertisement displayed within the application.

Application-owned branding, user interface, graphics, documentation, original code, and other developer-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party and open-source components incorporated into the application remain the property of their respective owners, and AlexaMods Labs does not claim ownership of those components.

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. AlexaMods Labs does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation
• Error-free processing
• Perfect OCR results
• Perfect PDF conversion results
• Compatibility with every PDF file
• Recovery of deleted files

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlexaMods Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the application. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

These Terms may be updated when necessary. The revision date below reflects the latest version.
