01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Activity Launcher Pro: Activity Launcher ("Activity Launcher Pro", "the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Activity Launcher Pro.

02 Application Description

Activity Launcher Pro is an Android utility that helps users discover and launch supported activities made available through Android's standard application and activity mechanisms. Activity Launcher Pro provides activity discovery, activity launching, and local workspace management features.

03 Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are using Activity Launcher Pro on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

04 License

Subject to these Terms, AlexaMods Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Activity Launcher Pro for personal or internal business purposes on Android devices you own or control.

05 Permitted Use

You may use Activity Launcher Pro for lawful purposes, including:

• Exploring available launchable activities
• Launching supported activities
• Creating supported shortcuts
• Managing your local Activity Launcher Pro workspace (favorites, history, saved searches, shortcut presets)

06 Prohibited Use

You must not use Activity Launcher Pro to:

• Bypass security controls or obtain unauthorized access to any device, application, or service
• Exploit vulnerabilities or perform any form of unauthorized modification
• Distribute malware, spyware, or any harmful code
• Damage, disable, or impair any device or service
• Conduct unlawful surveillance or collect information without authorization
• Abuse or violate the terms of third-party applications
• Engage in any illegal activity

07 Android Activity Restrictions

Activity Launcher Pro does not guarantee access to every Android activity. Activities may:

• Be unavailable on certain devices or Android versions
• Require specific permissions
• Be restricted or internal to other applications
• Change or be removed by application updates
• Behave differently across OEMs and Android versions

Activity Launcher Pro does not claim to bypass security controls or provide unrestricted access to hidden or restricted activities.

08 Third-Party Applications

Activity Launcher Pro may interact with activities belonging to third-party applications. AlexaMods Labs does not control those applications, their behavior, their availability, or their terms of service. You are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms when using activities discovered through Activity Launcher Pro.

09 User Responsibility

You are responsible for actions you initiate through Activity Launcher Pro. You should understand an activity's purpose and potential effects before launching it. AlexaMods Labs is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of discovered activities.

10 Advertising

Activity Launcher Pro may display advertisements through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Advertising is subject to Google's applicable services, policies, and user controls. Activity Launcher Pro does not control the specific advertisements shown or the data processing performed by Google's advertising services.

11 Intellectual Property

AlexaMods Labs owns or has rights to the original Activity Launcher Pro application materials, including the application code, design, and branding, to the extent applicable. Third-party rights, including Android trademarks and third-party application names, are acknowledged where appropriate. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use AlexaMods Labs or Activity Launcher Pro trademarks without prior written permission.

12 User Workspace Data

Your local workspace data (favorites, history, saved searches, shortcut presets, settings) is stored in app-private local storage on your device. AlexaMods Labs does not access, transmit, or store this data on developer servers. You are responsible for managing and backing up your local workspace data as desired.

13 Updates

Activity Launcher Pro may be updated to improve functionality, fix bugs, maintain Android compatibility, add features, or comply with platform requirements. Updates may be delivered through the Google Play Store. You are responsible for installing updates when available.

14 Availability

Uninterrupted availability of Activity Launcher Pro is not guaranteed. Possible limitations include Android changes, OEM modifications, third-party application changes, network conditions, device compatibility, and technical failures. AlexaMods Labs may discontinue or modify Activity Launcher Pro at any time.

15 No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Activity Launcher Pro is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Activity Launcher Pro does not warrant that every feature or activity will function on every device or Android version, or that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

16 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlexaMods Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use Activity Launcher Pro.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

17 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlexaMods Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of Activity Launcher Pro, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

18 Termination

You may stop using Activity Launcher Pro at any time by uninstalling the application. AlexaMods Labs may terminate or suspend your access to Activity Launcher Pro, or discontinue the application, at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your license to use Activity Launcher Pro ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

19 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to AlexaMods Labs, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

20 Changes to Terms

AlexaMods Labs may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date and last updated date will be revised. Your continued use of Activity Launcher Pro after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You should review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using Activity Launcher Pro.
