01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Video Player All Format ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
02 Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and comply with the minimum age and content requirements of the Google Play store from which you obtained the App, to use it.
03 License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, AlexaMods Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
04 Permitted Use
You may use the App to browse, organize, and play video and audio files stored on your own device, and to use its playlist, subtitle, and Private Vault features as intended.
05 User Media and Content
The App plays media files that already exist on your device. We do not host, review, or control the media you choose to open with the App, and we do not claim any ownership over your videos, audio files, or other personal content.
06 Copyright and Intellectual Property
The App itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of AlexaMods Labs and its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party open-source components included in the App remain subject to their own licenses, listed on our Open Source Licenses page.
07 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the media files you access, open, store, or play using the App, and for having all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to lawfully possess and play that content. AlexaMods Labs does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for content you play with the App.
08 Prohibited Use
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App beyond what is permitted by applicable law; interfere with the App's advertising or security features; or use the App to store or play content you do not have the right to possess.
09 Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads and Google UMP, described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers.
10 Advertising
The App is supported in part by advertising served through Google Mobile Ads. Ads may appear within the App's interface. Where required, you will be presented with consent choices regarding personalized advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11 Private/Vault Features
The App's Private Vault feature is provided as a convenience to help you organize and restrict casual access to chosen local media. It is not a guarantee against all possible forms of device compromise, and AlexaMods Labs is not liable for loss of, or unauthorized access to, vault contents resulting from device loss, theft, rooting, malware, or misuse of authentication credentials.
12 Compatibility
The App is designed to play a broad range of common video and audio formats and codecs, but we do not guarantee that every file, codec, container, or device will be supported or perform identically across all Android devices.
13 Software Updates
We may release updates to the App to add features, improve performance, or address issues. Some updates may be required to continue using the App, at our discretion.
14 Availability
We aim to keep the App available and functioning as intended but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.
15 Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
16 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlexaMods Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the App.
17 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AlexaMods Labs harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
19 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20 Governing Law / Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
